Return and Exchange Policy Thank you for shopping from Sela Store. We hope you are satisfied with the purchase process. However, we accept return or exchange requests for the product within three days of receipt if the received product is significantly different from the ordered product or there is a manufacturing defect. All you need to do is: submit a return request via WhatsApp 0537289974, provide us with the order number and the customer name as per the data in the order, explain the reason for the return and attach photos of the defect, wait for approval and receive it, ensure that the product is significantly different from the ordered product, work on the exchange steps, and place a new order and ship it. Terms of Return and Exchange Sela Store is keen to provide the best service to its customers, so you have the right to exchange and return within 3 days of receiving the product, and you must ensure the following: The return and exchange policy (((do not include))) products that are embroidered with a name, logo, or writing, or have added details to the piece, or made upon customer request during manufacturing such as embroidery, detailing, printing, or similar, as they are manufactured according to the customer’s request and cannot be returned. If the customer wants to change the size, they bear the shipping costs for the new piece and returning the old one. The customer does not have the right to cancel or modify the order and get a refund after the order has started being processed and prepared. If the customer purchased products via Visa, Mada, MasterCard, or Apple Pay, and wishes to get a refund before execution, the refund will be through a return payment to the same card used for purchase, subject to the bank’s (or electronic payment intermediary’s) policy, which may take 7-14 days. If the refund cannot be processed to the same card, the amount will be refunded to a bank account within Saudi Arabia only. The customer is responsible for returning the shipped product or exchanged item to the shipping company along with printing the return slip sent by us. If the customer delays more than 7 days in receiving their shipment or if delivery is impossible due to reasons attributable to the customer, the shipping company will return the shipment to us, and we will request shipping fees again from the customer to resend the order. Returned shipments from the shipping company to Sela Store due to customer delay will be stored for no more than 30 days; if the returned shipment is not received, it will be destroyed. If a wrong or defective product arrives, the store must be notified within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt, and we will replace the specified product with another. After 24 hours from receipt, the compensation request will not be accepted. Cancellation and Refund Policy Order can be canceled and the full amount refunded if the order status on the website is (Processing) without any restrictions or conditions. If the order status changes to (In Progress) or another status, it cannot be canceled. If the customer purchased products via Visa, Mada, MasterCard, or Apple Pay, and wishes to get a refund before execution, the refund will be through a return payment to the same card used for purchase, subject to the bank’s (or electronic payment intermediary’s) policy, which may take 7-14 days. The amount will be transferred to the same customer account if the payment was by bank transfer. Provide us with the order number and the customer name as per the request to be canceled. I changed my mind and no longer want the product I purchased. Can I return it? How? Products made upon request (such as embroidery, detailing, printing, or similar) cannot be returned as they are manufactured according to the customer’s request. "Made-to-order" requests are products made specifically for the customer and cannot be refunded because they are made as per the customer’s request. If there is an error from the store, a new product will be made with the same request within 7 to 12 days with free shipping.
